摘要
本文从矿业权的内涵及国外对矿业权属性的界定两方面 ,论述了矿业权的资产属性及特征 ,分析了强化矿业权资产管理对推进矿业权市场建设的作用 。
Through the connotation and defining of mineral properties overseas, the capital property and features of mineral properties are discussed in this paper. Function of enhancing assets management of the mineral properties to improve the construction of the mineral properties market is analyzed and some concrete suggestions are put forward.
