摘要
影响教师素质提高与积极性发挥的因素多种多样 ,应确立教师在高校中的主体地位 ,教师在高校教学中的“主导作用” ,提高机关管理者的执法水平和业务素质 ,推进新兴的学科建设。
Many factors that influence the quality and enthusiasm of teach stuff in colleges and universities are discussed in the paper. The author points out that principal status of faculty should be built up. Managers in different department should improve their quality on law-enforcement and professional work to promote the construction of new subject. Modern criteria of talent is very important in the construction of faculty in colleges and universities.
