摘要
武都县地处长江上游,为国内受泥石流危害极为严重的城市之一。北山地区地形陡峭,新构造运动活跃,地震频繁,松散物质丰富,发育泥石流的重度达16~18kN m2以上。该区泥石流均为降雨型泥石流,降水丰富及夏季暴雨频繁是泥石流发育的最主要的原因。针对泥石流发育特征及城市建筑物布局对泥石流的危害进行评价。提出符合当地实际情况的综合治理方案,优化设计治理工程措施,对拦挡坝体结构参数进行多方案演算调整,对治理效益进行评价。
Wudu city is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river, and is one of cities suffering from debris flow most severely in China.The geological conditions of Beishan are charactered by steep terrain, active neotectonic movement, frequently occurred earthquake, abundant loose material, etc. all of which makes contribution to the debris flow whose specific grawity is over 16-18?kN/m3. The mudrock flow occurring in this region belongs to rainstorm type, affluent precipitation and frequent torrential rain are the main inducing factors of debris flow in this region. The assessment of the debris flow has been made in regard to the distribution character of the debris flow and the layout of the city buildings. Comprehensive scenario based on the local actual situation and the optimized engineering countermeasures have been put forward. The structure parameters of the retaining dam have been adjusted on the basis of multischeme, and the evaluation on costbenefit of the control has been performed as well.
