倾斜煤层近距离下跨上山无煤柱开采技术 被引量:5

摘要 铁山南煤矿 2 1 2采区与 2 1 4采区 ,在倾向方向上下重叠达 40 0多 m,两者的垂直距离仅有 2 8~ 3 3 m。为了在不留或少留保护煤柱的情况下 ,达到确保上面采区轨道上山不发生破坏的目的 ,经过综合分析 ,理论建模 ,力学计算 ,求出最佳参数 ,然后进行现场试验 ,并对上山轨道的围岩变形和底板下沉情况 ,作了采前、采中、采后的观测。结果发现该技术方案可行 ,轨道上山围岩变形量和底板下沉量均很小 ,巷道安全状况良好 ,获得了可观的经济效果和显著的社会效益。 At Tieshangnan coal mine, the distance of 212 district overlapping with 214 district is 400 meters long in prone direction, the plump distance between two district is from 28 to 33 meters. By designing and layout, 2134(14) and 2145(14) working faces belong to 214 district which locates at underside, they will go across track rise which locates in 212 district upper side. With the purpose of non destroying the track rise of upper district under the condition of without protective coal plug or few protective coal plug, optimal parameter was worked out by synthetically analyzing, theoretical modeling and mechanics calculating. Then experiment was practiced on the spot, at the same time surrounding rock deformation and floor subsidence of track rise in upper district were observed before, during and after mining. The result of observation validated the feasibility of this blue print. Surrounding rock deformation and floor subsidence were very low, considerable economic benefits and notable social benefits have been obtained.
