摘要
本文提出了双回转送进二辊冷轧管机凸轮理论轮廓曲线的新设计方法 ,其轮廓曲线加速度与跃度呈梯形 ,且跃度边界连续 。
Based on the analysis to the turning/feed cam motion for a cold pilger mill, a new design method for the cam profile is advanced, which both its 2nd and 3rd derivative on its two turning/feed segments appear improved trapezoid and keep continues at its end.And a design concept, which their peak acceleration on the two turning/feed segments keep equal,is put forward.
