摘要
介绍了 2 0 MN快锻机液压系统组成以及阀站改造要点 ,开发研制了适于高幅脉动压力的DC-LVDT位移传感器及故障诊断系统相应软硬件 。
This paper introduced the hydraulic system′s construction of 20 MN rapid forging press,developed DC LVDT type of displacement sensor for 32 Mpa and 1 1 Hz pulse pressure,gave out the software and hardware block diagram of fault diagnosis system.It proved that the system is reasonable and reliable in practice.
