摘要 迅速增长的分子生物学数据为总结新的生物学信息,进行生物研究尤其是分子生物学研究,提供了丰富的资料.利用苏云金杆菌的基因信息和一些生物学软件,设计特异性高、长度一致、熔解温度相近的Oligo探针,为后期打印成DNA芯片,进行苏云金杆菌鉴定打下基础. The increased data on molecular biology provides resources for scrutinizing further bioinformatics and investigations on the biology.The gene sequence information of Bacillus thuringiensis and bioinformatics softwares are used to design and select oligonucleotide microarray probes.These probes are evaluated capable of manufacturing microarrays with high specificity,identical length,similar melt temperature (Tm).These chips so designed can be used to determine whether there is Bacillus thuringiensis in certain agricultural products.
