摘要
目的探讨使用树脂加固根管内壁及纤维桩体外修复发育不完全前磨牙牙根后的抗折性差异。方法 50颗离体人下颌第一或第二前磨牙,统一冠根长度,随机均分为5组,A组、B组分别为阴性和阳性对照组,C组用复合树脂加固根管内壁,D组用纤维桩加固,E组同时用复合树脂和纤维桩加固,每组牙分别经过不同的处理后,包埋于自凝塑料中并置于电子万能测试机上,测定其抗折强度,记录各颗牙的抗折力最大值,利用ANOVA(P=0.05)软件分析各组间的抗折性差异。结果 C组、D组、E组与A、B对照组之间两两存在显著性差异,D组与E组之间也存在显著性差异。结论无论使用树脂加固根管内壁还是纤维桩修复均能显著增强根尖发育不完全前磨牙牙根的抗折性,其中同时采用两种方法修复的牙齿抗折性最强。
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the difference of fracture resistance in immature premolar by using resin reinforce the inwall of the root canal and fiber post core system in vitro.Methods 50 human mandibular premolars were divided into five groups randomly,and uniform length of crown and root.Group A and B were negative and positive control,Group C was applied resin reinforce the inwall of the root canal,Group D used fiber post, Group E was applied both resin and fiber post.Teeth in each group will dealed with different ways.All these 50 teeth were embedding into the self-curing acrylic resin,placed into the universal testing machine,tested fracture resistance of all the teeth,then recorded the maximum value of break-resistance force.Using ANOVA(P=0.05) to assess the differences among these different methods.Results The significant differences existed among the Group C,Group D,Group E and Group A、B(control group),and so was Group D and Group E.Conclusions Whether using the resin to reinforce the inwall of the root canal or the fiber post system could both enhance the fracture resistance of the immature premolar evidently,while the best outcome could be obtained if the two methods are used together.
