企业文化的本质是人本管理理论,是一种经济文化。企业文化在人才管理上具有吸引人才、营造良好的用人与留人环境、激励员工和实现人才可持续性供应等功能。有效发挥企业文化的人才管理功能必须重视创建优秀的企业文化,重视企业文化的对外、对内传播。
The essential of enterprise culture is humanism management theory and economical culture as well.Enterprise culture plays an important role in attracting talents,creating a good talentusing and keeping atmosphere,stimulating staff and supplying talents steadily.Improving talent management of enterprise culture has to attach importance to establishing excellent enterprise culture and popularizing enterprise culture internally ond externally.
