提高套筒两端轴承档内孔同轴度的措施

摘要 套筒两端轴承挡内孔的加工,因涉及两次装夹,必须以外圆精确定位。内孔对外圆的壁厚太薄,应采用轴向夹紧,以减小压紧力引起的变形,消除内应力,改善材料的切削性能,减小切削变形,提高两端轴承挡内孔的同轴度。 Concerning two fixings of the processing of the minor hole of the sleeve, the external circle must be precisely located .Because of the thinness of the wall , the direction of the clamping force must be along the axis. And besides, removing the internal stress, improving the cutability of the metal and reducing the cutting distortion can improve the concentricity of the bearings minor holes at the two ends.
