摘要
以某汽车后悬架下摆臂为设计对象,综合进行截面优化和厚度优化,获得下摆臂的尺寸优化方案,使得应力和重量都得以减小,并通过仿真与试验予以验证。
Taking the lower swing arm of a vehicle rear suspension as design object,the authors optimize the cross section and thickness,obtain the optimization scheme of the lower swing arm sizes,which reduces the stress and weight,and verify the scheme by simulation and experiment.
