泪液果糖胺含量的测定及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 测定泪液中果糖胺含量,寻求替代传统糖尿病诊断的新方法.方法 经由内科确诊的糖尿病病人36例和正常人32例,分别取其泪液和血液,应用自动生化分析仪测定泪液果糖胺、葡萄糖及血液果糖胺、葡萄糖.结果 正常人泪液果糖胺均值(x±s)为(1.4±0.2)μmol/L,糖尿病人泪液果糖胺均值(x±s)为(17.8±3.1)μmol/L,两者相差显著(P<0.01).糖尿病人的泪液果糖胺与其血液果糖胺、血糖和泪糖之间呈良好正相关,相关系数r分别为0.831,0.594,0.672.结论 泪液果糖胺测定操作简便无损伤,特异性强,可作为糖尿病诊断的新方法. OBJECTIVETo investigate a new method instead of the traditonal diagnosis method in diabetes mellitus (DM). METHODSSixtyeight cases were tested in this study. Group A was the normal, n=32, Group B is DM, n=36. we tested the contents of fructosamine in tear and serum with the Automatic Analyzer. RESULTSThe fructosamine (x±s)was 1.4±0.2 μmol/L in Goup A and 17. 8±3.1 μmol/L in group B. It had a significantly different between two groups (P<0.01) . The fructosamine in tear was will related to those of fructosamine in serum. glucose in serum and glucose in tear r=0.831; 0.594;0.672. CONCLUSIONSThe study showed that this test was an nontraumatic and specific method It can be a new method in DM diagnosis.
