新形势下开展高校共青团工作的几点思考

本文围绕社会主义市场经济体系建立和发展过程中对高校共青团工作提出的挑战和新要求,剖析了现阶段高校共青团工作中存在的困难和不足,并着重从四个方面就如何加强新时期高校共青团工作,形成特色、展现风采、与时俱进、推动社会进步和发展进行了思索和探讨。

Focusing on the new challenges and new demands on the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,which has developed around the socialist market economic system,this paper analyses the existing difficulties in such wo rk during this stage.What' s more,it explores how to strengthen such kind of work from four aspects in order to show its developing features and styles,and then to stimulate the social de-velopment and improvement.
