本文通过论述市场经济秩序混乱的原因,以及加入WTO后对市场经济秩序和依法行政的要求,说明提高依法行政水平是整顿和规范市场经济秩序的必要途径。同时,进一步论述当前推进依法行政,规范市场经济秩序需要着重解决的几个问题。

The paper discusses the reasons for t he confusion of market economic order and the requirements for market economic order and administr ation by law after China' s accession into WTO,pointing out th at it is necessary to raise the level of admin istration by law in order to reorgani ze and standardize the market econom ic order.Meanwhile,the paper further analyses problems existing in the cu rrent promotion of administration b y law and the standardization of market ec onomic order.
