城市社区建设与“社区意识”的构建

Urban Community Construction and Development of "Community Awareness

城市社区建设愈来愈成为城市管理和城区工作的基础和核心,整和社区资源,深化社区服务功能,满足社区居民物质和精神文化的需求,已成为社区建设的根本目标和主要工作方向,而“社区意识”的养成与构建,则是社区建设可持续发展的关键所在。笔者认为应在努力创新社区党建、社区文化、社区教育和社区服务等内容,增强社区居民对社区的认同感、归属感和参与感,使社区建设真正实现“共居、共管、共建、共享”和最终目标。

As the construction of urban communi ty is coming to be the basis and core of urban management and work,how to integrate community resources and maximize the functions of the community so as to satisfy the material and spiritual demands of it s residents,has become a fundamenta l objective and the highlight of com-munity construction.The creation a nd enhancement of'community awareness',in addition,is the key to a sustainable development of the comm unity.This paper believes more effo rts should go to an innovative com-munity CPC committee,community cul ture,community -based education an d community services,to enhance the residents' awareness of identity,belongingness and participation.The future com munity will be a locale where residents really share the neighbourhood,its management and development.
