After China's WTO entry. confronted with the challege of economic globalization, international competition is growing fierce. The qualities which are deeply connected with the result of competition, between domestic entrepreneurs and international ones are of great difference. Hence, meeting challenge, ewhancing ability in competition and improving qualities of adminstrators in businesses are current urgent problems.
