企业有没有吸引力、能不能形成强有力的凝聚力在很大程度上依赖于企业文化的建设 ,没有优秀的企业文化便不会有卓越的企业 ,这已经成为绩优企业管理者们的共识。
The attraction and powerful cohension of anenterise depend largely on the building of its culture.
