摘要
通过采用交流变频控制进行流量调节的方法,对水流量标准装置中计算机控制变频器调速而产生的额外因素进行了试验研究,对手动阀门控制和自动变频调速两种调节流量的方法进行了比较,分析了由变频调速引起的水流量标准装置稳定性和不确定度变化的原因,并提出了改进措施.
In the standard water device, using an AC drive controlled by computer the rotating speed and flux of pump can be adjusted smoothly. However, some ultra instable factors in the system may be introduced in addition. By investigating a lot of experiment data systematically, the ultimate results of comparison between the operations handled by personnel and by computer are presented. Some analyses and discussions about the reasons and amendable measures with regard to the instability of system aroused by AC drive is involved in the paper.
