中药治疗大鼠急性脊髓损伤的初步实验观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究活血化瘀中药对脊髓损伤的治疗效果及其对脊髓组织病理改变的影响 ,探讨其作用机制。方法 :随机取 5只大鼠作为空白组 ,将 69只脊髓损伤造模 (改良Allen法 )后的大鼠随机分为损伤组、激素组和中药组。空白组和损伤组术后不用药 ,激素组和中药组术后分别给予甲基强的松龙和中药治疗 ,于术后 6h、2 4h、7d、14d观察各组大鼠脊髓运动功能恢复及脊髓组织学改变。结果 :中药组脊髓运动功能评分明显优于激素组 ;中药组的病变与损伤组相比 ,有病损缩小、空泡面积减小的表现。结论 :中药与激素在抑制病变进程、保护神经组织免受损害、促进间质细胞生长上发挥其有益作用。从功能和形态学上证实了中药与激素治疗的有效性。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine of stimulating blood circulation and preventing blood stasis on treating acute spinal cord injury, and discuss its functional mechanism by observing the dynamic pathological changes of spinal cord.Methods:74 SD rats were divided into four groups: blank group, trauma group, TCM treated group and (methylprednisolone)MP treated group.The modified Allen's method was adopted to make the models of spinal cord injury. The functional recovery of spinal cord and the pathological changes were observed dynamically in each group.Results:The functional recovery of spinal cord was promoted, the damage was reduced and the vacuole area was diminished in spinal cord in the TCM treated group. The secondary inflammation was also inhibited in TCM treated group.Conclusion:The benefited effects, inhibiting the pathological process of the damage, preserving the neuron and promoting the proliferation of mesenchymal cell, were observed in the TCM treated group. The efficacy of TCM and MP was proved by the functional evaluation and the morphologic observation. The resembling pathological changes were found in these two methods.
