左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除治疗体会

Experience for One-stage Resection of Left Colon Cancer with Acute Obstruction

目的 探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除吻合的临床应用价值。方法 对1984年1月-2000年12月实施的左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除吻合手术24例的资料进行回顾性总结。结果24例均未发生吻合口漏,仅3例发生切口感染,经局部换药处理二期愈合。结论积极的术前准备、术中彻底的肠减压,能为左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除吻合提供安全保证。

Objective To study the clinical value of the one-stage resection operation of left colon cancer with acute obstruction. Methods The materials of 24 cases of one-stage resection of left colon canceer with acute obstruction were analyzed retrospectively from Jan. 1984 to Dec. 2000. Results The 24 cases all recovered smoothly without anastomosis fistula. Only 3 cases got infection in skin incision and all of them were cured in two-stage by subsequent treatment. Conclusions For the operation of one-stage resection of left colon cancer with acute obsruction, security assurance can be provided by active preparation before the operation and thorough decompression without contamination during the operation.
