焦作市在献血人群中应用ELISA检测尿液标本中HIV-1抗体结果分析

Analysis on Detecting HIV - 1 Antibody in Urine from Blood Donorsby ELISA in Jiaozuo

目的检验尿液标本检测人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)HIV-1抗体的可信度。方法对焦作市所属2县1区的400名献血人员分别采集尿液标本,应用ELISA方法采用尿液初筛试剂检测尿液标本中的HIV—1抗体。结果400份尿液标本中2份为HIV-1抗体阳性,阳性率为0.050％。结论 采用尿液进行HIV一1抗体检测,方便可行,值得在大范围推广。

Objective To detect the trustworthiness of HIV - 1 antibody in the urine specimens. Methods The urine samples from 400 blood donors in 3 countries in Jiaozuo were collected and the HIV - 1 antibodies in the samples of them were screened by urine ELISA kits. Results Among 400 urine samples, 2 showed positive reaction. The positive rate of HIV - 1 antibody screened by urine ELISA kits was 0.050 % . Conclusions The urine ELISA kit, which screened HIV - 1 antibody of urine is convenient and feasible. It is proposed that urine ELISA may be introduced in many fields.
