带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折65例疗效分析

Analysis of Effects of Intramedullar Interlocking Nail for Treatment of fracture of the Tibia and Fibulia

目的 :观察带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 :将我院接受带锁髓内钉治疗的 65例胫腓骨骨折作了回顾 ,并与使用钢板内固治疗的 96例胫腓骨骨折的术中、术后情况作了比较分析。结果 :带锁髓内钉组 :术后出现骨痂时间为 (2 .78± 0 .5 7)个月 ,下地负重时间为 (2 .5 2± 0 .76)个月 ,完全愈合时间为 (8.82± 3 .3 5 )个月 ;钢板组 :出现骨痂时间为 (3 .12± 0 .74)个月 ,负重时间为 (3 .5 3± 0 .68)个月 ,骨折完全愈合时间为 (10 .92± 3 .2 1)个月。结论 :带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折具有强度大 ,可早负重 ,骨折愈合快 ,功能恢复好等特点 ,是一种安全 。

Objective:To study the effect of intramedullar interlocking nail for treatment of the fracture of tibia and fibula Methods Sixty five cases of the fracture of tibia and fibula treated with intramedullar interlocking nail were reviewed and analyzed as well as ninety six cases of the fracture of tibia and fibula treated with plate.Two teams were compared and analyzed through the operation wound,the time of loading and fracture healing,complications and the function recovery.Results:the follow up period was from 9 months to 24 months.In the group of intramedullar interlocking nail:the time of callus appearing,average (2.78 ± 0.76) months;the time of fracture healing,average 8.82 ± 3.35.In the group of plate:the time of callus appearing,average 3.12 ± 0.74;the time of loading,average 3.53 ± 0.68,the time of fracture healing,average 10.92±3.21.Conclusion:The treatment for frature of the tibia and fibula with intramedullar interlocking nail has the advantages of strong fixation,earlier loading and shorter period of fracture healing.Therefore,it is a safe and effective method for treating the fracture of tibia and fibula.
