胰岛素受体基因第17外显子突变与2型糖尿病相关性研究

Analysis of the association of insulin receptor gene mutation with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:研究胰岛素受体 (Insulin receptor ,INS- R)与 2型糖尿病的相关性。方法:利用 PCR- SSCP法对4 2例 2型糖尿病患者及 30例健康对照者 INS- R基因第 17外显子进行了研究。结果:在被检测的 4 2例 2型糖尿病患者中 ,5例检出异常带型 (11.9% ) ,健康对照者未检出异常带型。结论:INS- R基因第 17外显子突变可能与 2型糖尿病具有相关性。

Objective: To study the association of an insulin receptor( INS R)gene with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Methods: 72 subjects, including 42 type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients and 3 controls, were collected and mutation in exon 17 of INS R gene was detected by PCR SSCP. Results: Five abnormal electrophoresis strands were found in 42 type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients (5/42=11.9%) while none was found in controls. Conclusion: The results suggest that the mutations of INS R gene in exon 17 may relate to the disorder.
