摘要
目的 分析龙岗镇 2 0 0 1年痢疾暴发流行的因素 ,以便采取有效的防治措施。方法 对龙岗镇 2 0 0 1年细菌性痢疾疫情和防治措施进行回顾性分析。结果 病人主要是在工厂工作的青壮年 (65 .6% ) ,暂住人员占 95 .3 % ;发病以四月和八月最多 (70 .3 % ) ;病人主分布在新生、龙岗、爱联 3个村 (71.9% )。 3宗痢疾暴发疫情均为食物型。结论 该镇细菌性痢疾暴发疫情主要与暂住、流动人口大量聚集、该镇工厂食堂存在着许多卫生问题有关 。
Objective To analyze the factors causing the outbreak and epidemic of bacterial dysentery in 2001 in Longgang Town of Shenzhen City and discuss the corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures for this disease. Methods Retrospective investigation of situation,and measures for control of bacterial dysentery in 2001. Results Most of patient(65.6%) are workers working in factory and age from 15 to 35years old and 95.3% of them were temporary inhabitant; Most infecting occurred in April and August(70.3%). The patients distributed mainly in three villages:as Xinsheng, Longgang and Ailian(71.9%).The three outbreaks of bacterial dysentery were food-boren. Conclusions The outbreaks of bacterial dysentery was due to the move in of mobile population and poor sanitary conditon in factory's canteens .The key measures for control of bacterial dysentry are improve the sanitary conditions in the factory canteen and strengthening health propaganda and health education.
