摘要
以H_2O_2-硫脲(TU)氧化还原引发体系,研究了丙烯酰胺与玉米淀粉的接枝共聚反应规律。实验结果表明,当〔H_2O_2〕=1.60×10^(-3)mol/L、〔TU〕=8.0×10^(-4)mol/L、〔AM〕=1.0 mol/L,pH=5,45℃反应5h,单体转化率、接枝率和接枝效率都较高。
The regularity of graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto corn starch by H_2O_2-TU initiation system was investigated. The experimental results showed that the monomer conversion (C_M), percent grafting (G) and grafting efficiency were considerably effected by [H_2O_2], [TU], [AM], pH value, temperature and time,the high C_M, G and E were obtained at [H_2O_2] of 1.6×10^(-3) mol/L, [TU] of 8×10^(-4) mol/L,[AM] of 1.0 mol/L, pH=5, at 45℃ for 5h reaction. A suitable over-all rate equation of graft copolymerization has been derived.
