摘要
同型半胱氨酸是一种人体所需的含硫氨基酸,是甲硫氨酸循环的重要中间代谢产物。近些年来,高同型半胱氨酸血症作为心血管疾病独立危险因素而受到广泛关注,目前越来越多证据证明其在心律失常发生发展中起重要作用。本综述旨在阐述高同型半胱氨酸血症与心律失常的相关性,以期寻找新途径预防心律失常发生,降低其致死率。
Homocysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid needed by human body and an important intermediate metabolite of methionine cycle. In recent years,hyperhomocysteinemia as an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease has attracted wide attention. At present,more and more evidence shows that hyperhomocysteinemia plays an important role in the occurrence and development of arrhythmia. The purpose of this review is to elucidate the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and arrhythmia,and to find new ways to prevent arrhythmia and reduce its mortality.
