Here is a discussion on the classification and causes of the dust-flying Phenomenon.It is also pointed out in this paper that lack of quantity of liquid phase and too high sulfate saturation are the main causes of dust flying and have some relation with such factors as clinker's liquid phase viscosity and surface tension.And the measures to reduce dust flying is also discussed here.
