摘要
对钨的离子交换串柱吸附和串柱解吸新工艺作了简要论述。指出在相同条件下新工艺比原工艺的钨的吸附容量(以WO3计)增大约100mg/g干树脂,解吸高峰液中的WO3浓度比原工艺高约80g/L,且液中杂质元素含量下降,因此,产品APT质量提高,APT生产率比原工艺增加约15g/L,而原辅材料氯化铵的消耗量可下降约10%,表明新工艺具有明显的经济效益。
Brief description is made of the new process of serial column absorption and stripping for W ion exchange.It is pointed out that under the same condition,the new process will result in about 100mg/g(dry resin) more W absorption (as WO3) and 80 g/L more WO3 in the stripped peak solution than that by the original process with lower impurity element content in the solution,resulting in better-quality APT. APT yield increased about 15 g/L than the original process as well as~10% reduction of ammonium chloride consumption,indicating distinct economic returns from the new process.
