摘要
以导电嘴至工件的距离、焊接速度、气体流量、送丝速度为因素对大电流密度(大于442A/mm2)MAG焊接进行了正交实验研究,为开发实用的大电流密度MAG焊接工艺提供了参考。
How to affect the high current density welding process of the gas-flow rate,electrode extension,welding speed and wire feed rate were studied by means of orthogonal test.This study provided good reference for developing practical high current density MAG welding process.
