有限元模拟对CdZnTe共面栅探测器的优化设计 被引量:3

Electrode design of coplanar-grid detector by finite elements method

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过变化栅宽、沟宽及栅极位置等因素,模拟了共面栅探测器在不同的电极设计时的电势分布,并讨论了电极分布不对称时所产生的边缘效应对感应信号的影响,显示了具有优化设计的共面栅电极,可以进一步提高探测器的能量分辨率。 Coplanar-grid detectors, which have been developed recently, can effectively overcomethe problem of poor hole collection in detectors. Thus the energy resolution of gamma ray can be greatly improved. Finite elements analysis is utilized for simulating the potential distribution of the coplanar-grid detector under different electrode models by varying the widths of grid, gap and theposition of electrodes. In addition, the influence of edge effects resulting from the unsymmetricalelectrodes on induced charge is discussed. In this way, the geometry of electrodes for coplanar-grid detectors is optimized and thus the energy resolution of detectors could be further improved.
