摘要
介绍多层陶瓷电容器MLC产品的国内外生产与研发状况,尤其是国外先进厂家的湿法印刷技术与Soufill陶瓷介质膜制造工艺,讨论当前常压MLC的发展趋势和高压MLC的技术水平,指出我国MLC行业存在的问题和发展方向。
Recent progresses in multi-layer ceramic capacitor research and manufacture, especiallythe wet-printing and ceramic Soufill film technology are reviewed. Development of normal MLC and high-voltage MLC are discussed. The problems in China's MLC field and their solutions are alsopointed out.
