摘要
运用M 2 0 0型磨损试验机测定了油润滑下Al MoSi2 材料的摩擦磨损性能 ,采用SEM和X射线观察与分析了摩擦副表面的形貌和相组成 ,探讨了磨损机制。结果表明 :采用 2 0 # 机油润滑可有效地提高Al MoSi2 材料的摩擦磨损综合性能 ;与干摩擦状态相比 ,其摩擦系数和磨损率分别下降了 40 %和 60 %;油润滑时 ,Al MoSi2 材料的磨损机制主要表现为疲劳点蚀和磨粒磨损。
The friction and wear properties of 4% Al/MoSi 2 composite against 45 steel under oil lubrication were investigated by using an M 200 type wear tester. SEM and X ray were employed to analyze the morphology of the worn surface and the phase status in order to reveal the wear mechanism of Al/MoSi 2 composite. The results show that the integrated tribological properties of Al/MoSi 2 composite are obviously improved under No.20 oil lubrication, compared with under dry friction, and the friction coefficient and wear rate of Al/MoSi 2 composite are respectively decreased by about 40% and 60%. Under oil lubrication, the main wear mechanism of Al/MoSi 2 composite is explained in terms of fatigue pitting and abrasive wear.
