摘要
在 0 .2 5mol·L- 1 HCl介质中 ,锗吸附于树脂上 ,再与二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮 (DBON PFO)反应生成红色络合物 ,在最大吸收波长 5 65nm处 ,对树脂相直接进行光度测定 ,建立了固相分光光度法测定微量锗 (Ⅳ )的的新方法。锗的质量浓度在 0~ 2 40 μg·L- 1 范围内符合比尔定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .62× 10 6 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。该法已应用于煤矸石中微量锗的测定 ,结果与苯芴酮法相符。
In the medium of hydrochloric acid of 0.25 mol·L -1 , germanium was absorbed on resin, the germanium absorbed on resin reacted with 4,5 dibromo 2 nitro phenylfluorone (DBoN PFO) to form a red complex compound, and direct determination of resin phase can be in progress in the maximum absorption at 565 nm. A new solid phase spectrophotometry for the determination of micro germanium (IV) was developed. Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~240 μg·L -1 for germanium(Ⅳ), and the apparent molar absorptivity of this method is 2.62×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The method has been applied to the determination of micro germanium in coal gangue with satisfactory results, and its results agree with that of phenyl fluorone.
