摘要
高强韧性的贝氏体钢作为汽车轮轴部件材料受到广泛的重视 ,而一般热锻—空冷的贝氏体钢需经30 0℃回火处理后方能达到使用要求。为了了解C、Si、N合金元素的添加量对热锻—空冷贝氏体钢组织结构变化的影响 ,本研究将不同量的C、Si和N分别组合添加入钢中 ,在热锻—空冷状态下进行了力学性能测试和残留奥氏体量的测定 。
Bainitic steels with high strenth and toughness used for automotive wheel axles have been extensively discussed,while only when tempered at 300℃ can hot forged-air cooled bainitic steels achieve service requirements.In order to clarify effect of addition amount of C?Si?N on microstructure of the hot forged-air cooled bainitic steels different amounts of C?Si?N are respectively added to the steels,as hot forged-air cooled condition mechanical properties and residual austenite content have been measured,and microstructure which will affect properties of the steels has been analyzed in this investigation.
