摘要
“4 95”内燃机QT70 0 - 2球墨铸铁凸轮轴经中频加热淬火后 ,发生 5 0 %以上的断裂 ,严重影响内燃机的生产。通过大量的分析和试验 ,找出凸轮轴断裂的原因是原材料铸件中出现针、条状渗碳体缺陷所造成。对有缺陷原坯料进行正火处理 ,消除了针、条状渗碳体 ,从而解决凸轮轴的断裂问题。
Failure percentage of medium frequency quenched.QT700-2 cam shafts of '495' diesel is over 50%.The diesel production has been seriously affected.A lot of analysis and testing show that the cam shaft failure will result from acicular and streak cementites in castings.Normalizing of defective castings will liminate the acicular and streak cemtentities,therefore failure of the cam shaft has been thus overcome.
