摘要
对 4 0Cr钢传动轴的断裂进行了分析。结果表明 ,传动轴断裂属于多源双向弯曲疲劳断裂 ,裂源处机加工圆角的精度不高 ,造成应力集中 ,是传动轴断裂的原因之一。该轴经调质处理后的组织除回火索氏体外 ,还有上贝氏体 ,而不是工艺要求的全回火索氏体组织 ,这样 。
The failure of parts of 40Cr transmission shaft is analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the transmission shaft failure belongs to multi-source biaxial bending fatigue fracture.Since the machining process to the shaft was not controlled precisely,there would exist stress accumulation at the edges when the shaft was at work,which was one reason that led to the shaft fatigue fracture.Through the metallographical test on the material of the shaft ,i.e.40Cr,the microstructure of the material treated by quenching and tempering was found to be composed of tempered sorbite and upper bainite,but not the microstructure of entire tempered sorbite expected by the technology,so the improper heat treatment operation became another reason of the failure.
