摘要
对板条通过光滑楔形模具 ,截面缩减率为特定值的拉拔问题 ,利用上限法求解 ,首先采用和滑移线场接近的运动许可速度场 ,将中心扇形场分成n个相等的等腰三角形刚性块 ,推导出了含有n的上限解的通用表达式 ,然后令n→∞ 。
Using upper bound solution solved the force of strip drawing through cuneal die with smooth wall when the reduction ratio is a special value. A kinetically permitted velocity fields similar with a slip line field is used. Each central fan shaped field is divided into n same rigid isosceles triangle blocks,and a general formula of the upper bound solution with n is deduced. Then,when n tends to infinite,the accurate upper bound solution equal to the slip line solution is obtained.
