摘要
通过U型横梁的工艺分析 ,介绍了U型横梁的压弯模具设计及工作原理 ,指出了应注意的问题 ,并提出了具体的预防措施和解决方法 ,提高了产品质量和工作效率 。
By analyzing the technology of u type crossbeam,the mould design and the work principle of u type crossbeam in cold bending is introduced,and the problems in the processing are pointed out. The specific preventive and resolved methods are put forward. All those improve products quality,work efficiency and reduce cost.
