摘要
锯片是切断加工的刀具 ,由于锯片是一个面积较大的薄板 ,其厚度与直径的比非常小 ,且又是在高速旋转及高速送进的条件下工作 ,在锯切加工过程中 ,普遍存在着严重的振动问题。通过试验测试和有限元计算对金属冷、热切圆锯片进行了模态分析 ,为进一步研究锯片的振动和稳定性问题打下了基础。
As a tool for cutting, Saw blade is a thin plank with a large area. During the high-speed sawing, the vibration of the saw is a universal phenomenon. Modal shape and frequencies of saw blade by experiment and calculation with FEA are analyzed.The result provides reliable data for further studying vibration and stability of saw blade.
