Hydraulic Control System for Taphole Drill with Automatic Return Function

提出了全液压开铁口机开孔后冲钻机构和转臂均自动快速退让至初始位置的控制方案 ,冲钻机构采用液压凿岩机。研究结果表明 ,该全液压控制系统大大提高了设备防火能力 ,降低了操纵要求 ,增强了作业能力。

Studies how the taphole drill automatically return from dilling position to depositing position after penetrating blast furnace mouth. As results of the scheme, without artificial intervention, the taphole drill becomes much more agile to dodge fire.
