摘要 研究了从氧化铝废催化剂中回收钯的几种富集方法 :氨络合 -酸化沉淀法 ,活性炭、树脂吸附法 ,锌片还原法 ,硫化钠沉淀法。通过试验比较 ,最终选择以硫化钠作沉淀剂的富集方法来回收钯 ,这种方法具有工艺简单、沉淀率高、成本低等优点 ,在实际生产中应用 ,取得了良好的效果。 Several enriching processes of recovering palladium from waste alumina catalyst, such as complexation by ammonia and precipitation by acid, adsorption by active carbon and resin, reduction by zinc plates, and precipitation by sulfureted sodium, have been studied in this paper. It is found by comparison that the enrichment process by choosing sulfureted sodium as the precipitator is optimal for recovering palladium. This process is characterized by simple operation, high precipitation rate, and low costs. Thus a good profit has been achieved during our practical productions and applications.
