摘要
介绍了数据库访问及操作技术 ,分析了综合自动检测系统数据处理的软件需求。在此基础上对测试数据处理程序组件的功能及实现方法进行了描述。该技术在TPS设计中的应用 ,可简化TPS的设计 ,并提高其可维护性。
The database accessing and operating technology are introduced,and the requirement of the data processing software in ATE is analyzed.The function and design method of the data processing program set are described.Using this technology,the complexity of TPS design can be decreased,and its maintainability can be improved.
