摘要
黄骅港煤码头一期工程的工艺设计 ,总结了国内外类似项目的经验。设备的技术性能有所提高 ,随着市场经济的发展 ,对煤码头功能提出了更高的要求 ,为适应煤炭外销和为绥中电厂供煤的需要 ,本期工程在原初步设计的基础上 ,提升了码头吨级 ,增加配煤设施和建设为煤驳装煤的小码头。通过能力由原设计的 30 0 0万 t/ a提高至 35 0 0万 t/ a,技术上有所创新。
The experience of the similar projects both at home and abroad are summed up in the technological design of Coal Terminal Phase I Project,Huanghua Port so the technical performance of the handling equipment have been upgraded.With the development of the market economy,higher requirements on the functions of the coal terminal are raised.In order to meet the needs of coal export and supply the coal to Suizhong coal fired power plant ,the DWT of the berth is increased for Phase I project on the basis of the original preliminary design,the coal blending facilities are added and small berths for loading coal barges are built.The throughput capacity of the terminal is increased from 3.0×10 7 t/a in the original design to 3.5×10 7 t/a .New innovation has been made in the technology.The relative technical options are briefly discussed in the paper.
