摘要
德国产品享誉世界并引领潮流的原因在于其强大的制造能力与完善的工业体系,其内在动力是工匠精神。本文结合德国制造业的成功经验,分析了德国工匠精神产生的历史背景和形成机制,从而对推动我国未来产业的转型升级具有借鉴意义与指导作用。
The reason why German products are famous in the world and lead the trend lies in their strong manufacturing ability and perfect industrial system, and their intrinsic motive force is the craftsman’s spirit. Based on the successful experience of German manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes the historical background and formation mechanism of German craftsman’s spirit, which can be used as a reference and guidance for China’s future industrial transformation and upgrading.
