摘要
针对汽车轮毂铸造过程中出现的质量问题,提出了三种措施(低压铸造技术下的温度控制措施、轮毂重力加压铸造技术的质量控制措施、轮毂热处理质量控制措施)对汽车轮毂铸造过程进行控制,提高了最终的应用效果,展望了汽车轮毂的发展前景。
Aiming at the quality problems in the process of automobile hub casting,it puts forward three kinds of measures(temperature control measures under low pressure casting technology,quality control measures for hub gravity pressurized casting technology,quality control measures for heat treatment of wheel hub)to control the casting process of automobile hub and improve the final application effect,prospects the development prospect of automobile wheel hub.
