摘要
对上海地区五座被腐蚀的桥梁混凝土的现场取样测试结果显示,原设计强度为C30混凝土强度和耐久性均严重降低。近年来上海建成了大量桥梁、高架和轨道交通工程,钢筋混凝土防腐技术措施研究无疑将成为一个紧迫的课题。本课题提出了自防腐和外防腐措施。研究表明采用矿渣超代技术的自防腐措施可以大幅度提高混凝土耐久性能。采用外防腐措施即对涂有(纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、叔碳酸盐和有机硅)涂层的混凝土的氯离子渗透性、气体渗透性以及碳化性能进行了研究,发现除有机硅外,其它几种涂层对混凝土防腐效果显著,其中苯丙乳液效果最佳。
The results for the concrete samples from five conrodent bridges show lower strength and worse durability strength.During the past decade, a large number of bridges, airways and city railways were built in shanghai. The technologe and measures of concrete corrosion resistance should be researched in time. The chloride permeability. gas permeability and carbonation resistance of concrete coating by different coats (TC,PA,CA,OS) were studied. The results show that the coats are efficient to protect concrete from corroded except for OS, and PA is the best.
