摘要
为降低钢筋连接的施工难度,提高工作效率和节约施工成本,在三峡二期工程泄洪坝段的施工中,陆续采用了冷挤压连接和热镦粗直螺纹等钢筋机械连接技术.通过对钢筋机械连接技术的工艺流程、技术性能和经济比较分析可知,该法具有工效高、降低劳动强度、节约成本、质量保证等优点,值得推广.
In order to overcome the construction difficulty of reinforcing bar joints,to improve the working efficiency and to reduce the construction cost,the Gezhouba Construction Group puts to use the REBAR mechanical splicing technique,such as sleeve-cold-extruding connection and heading straight thread etc.,in construction for spillway section of phase-Ⅱproject at TGP.The article introduces the REBAR mechanical splicing’s applied extension process and work process,technical characteristics,economic analysis and comparison to spillway section at TGP.
