摘要 目的 探讨ASA - 60 1TS型温控热凝射频仪对免脑组织毁损灶形成 ,以了解毁损灶的形成大小与时间、温度的关系以及温控热凝射频仪相关性能。方法 利用ASA - 60 1TS型温控热凝射频仪和外裸长 4mm、直径1.6mm热敏电极 ,对 70只成年兔脑组织进行温控热凝毁损实验 ,测量毁损灶的大小以及常规病理学检查。结果 单极毁损灶为类圆形 ,在 70℃时 ,随着时间的延长从 3 0秒、60秒、90秒 ,坏死灶直径分别为 3 .4± 0 .3mm、5 .2±0 .4mm、5 .8± 0 .2mm ;75℃毁损时间为 3 0秒、60秒、90秒 ,毁损坏死灶分别为 3 .7± 0 .4mm、5 .7± 0 .3mm、6.5±0 .5mm ,呈逐渐增大 ;而在 45℃时 ,不管如何延长毁损时间 ,均不能造成大范围坏死区。因此 ,45℃以下 ,可作为可逆性毁损时选择的温度。在电极直径大小不变时 ,在一定时间内毁损形成的范围与温度、时间呈正相关 ,但当温度达到 75℃时 ,不管如何延长时间 ,毁损灶达到一定范围后就不再扩大 ,再增加温度 ,对毁损灶的影响亦不大。结论 ASA - 60 1TS型温控热凝射频仪 ,对兔脑组织毁损灶形成是可靠和安全的。在温度达 70℃或 75℃ ,持续 60秒以上 ,可作一直径为 6~ 6. Objective To study the Rabbit's cerebral lesion by application of ASA-601 TS type radiofrequency and study the relation the lesion and time and temperature.Methods Seventy rabbit's cerebral lesions were made by means of ASA-601TS type radiofrequency and the monopolar electrode with exposured tip diameter of 1.6-mm and tip lengths of 4mm.The size of the lesion areas was measured and its pathology was studied.Results The radiofrequency lesion size is positively relevance to temperature and time at a certain time,if time is more than 60 seconds and temperature higher than 75℃,the lesion size is formed to a consistent extent but no longer enlarged.Temperature less than 45℃ only resulted in slight injuries or machine damages in brain.Temperature 70℃,for 30s,60s and 90s,the radiofrequency lesion size was 3.4±0.3mm,5.2±0.4mm and 5.8±0.2mm respectively;Temperature 75℃,for 30s,60s and 90s,the radiofrequency lesion size was 3.7±0.4mm,5.7±0.3mm and 6.5±0.5mm respectively.Conclusions The radiofrequency generator and electrode designs are elaborate and sophisticated.The lesion formation is safe and reliable.Temperature 70℃ or 75℃ for 60s or more than,the lesion with diameter of 6 to 6.5mm is produced.
