彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状旁腺瘤及其并发症的价值

Color doppler ultrasound of parathyroid adenoma and complication

目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声 (CDU)诊断甲状旁腺腺瘤 (PTA)及其并发症的价值。方法 :应用HP10 0 0彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查 13例甲状旁腺腺瘤 ,全部手术病理证实 ,同时检查胆囊、胰腺、肾、输尿管、膀胱、前列腺、子宫及软组织剧烈疼痛处。结果 :彩色多普勒超声诊断PTA的准确率为 93.33% ,假阳性率为 6 .6 7% ;PTA合并肾结石 6例 ,膀胱结石 3例 ,胆结石 2例 ,肾钙盐沉着症 1例 ,下肢软组织钙化 1例 ,子宫钙化 1例 ,前列腺钙化 1例 ,复发性胰腺炎并胰管结石 1例。结论 :CDU可较准确地诊断PTA及其并发症。

Objective:To detect the value of two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound(CDU) in diagnosing parathyroid adenoma(PTA) and complication.Methods:13 cases with PTA were examined with HP 1000/8500 color Doppler ultrasound and were demonstrated by operation and pathology;their gallbladder,pancreas,kidney,renal duct,bladder,prostate,uterus and paining soft tissue were examined by ultrasound.Results:The accurate rate of ultrasound in diagnosing PTA was 93.33%,pseuco positive rate was 6.67%.PTA complicated renal stone 6 cases,bladder stones 3 cases,gallbladder stone 2 cases,renal calcinosis 1 case,lower exteremity soft tissue calcification 1 case,uterus calcification 1 case,prostate calcification 1 case,repeatedly pancreatitis and pancreatico stone 1 case.Conclusion:Color Doppler sonography contributes to diagnose PTA and complication.
