摘要
目的 探讨不同给药途径致大鼠糖尿病成模状况的差异。方法 本实验通过不同的途径给药 (腹腔非空腹给药、腹腔空腹给药、尾静脉给药 )以建立大鼠糖尿病模型。给药后 4 8h检测血糖、尿糖 ,同时观察糖尿病大鼠的胰腺变化。结果 尾静脉给药成模率最高。胰腺形态学检查病程 3、 6月胰岛萎缩 ,β细胞减少。
Objective To explore the difference of diabetic model in rats induced by stretozotocin(STZ)in different ways Methods The diabetic model of SD rats were duplicated with different ways (introperitoneal free feeding,introperitoneal not feeding,intratailvenous).The changes of blood suger and urine sugar were monitored.The tissure sections of pancreas were stained by HE.Results The rate of model making through tailvenous was the highest. Morphological investigation on pancreas showed the reduction of islets,loss of β cell after 3,6 months of diabetic rats.Conclusion To induce the diabetic rat injection through tailvenous was the best way.
